How much does it cost to have my event catered?
The price is based on the menu you select and the services you require. Each menu is charged on a "per person" basis. Check the Menus for examples of pricing. A 16.5% service charge is added for full service, which includes set up, meal service, and clean up. The city and state sales tax is 7.5% of the total.
Will you travel to my location?
Red Swan Catering has traveled to various locations in the five state regions, however, the majority of our business is conducted in the Duluth area and the surrounding communities. A mileage charge may apply. We do both indoor and outdoor functions including office parties and corporate training, wedding receptions and anniversaries, birthday parties, retirements, and reunions.
What size group can you cater to?
We cater to groups from 2 to 2,000. There is a $50 set up charge for groups under 20 guests.
What about linens, dishes and table decorations?
Red Swan Catering can furnish you with all or part of your tableware needs. A variety of both China and disposable dinner ware are available for you to select from. They range in price from $.75 to $3.75 depending on your particular service needs.
