How much does it cost to have my event catered?
The price is based on the menu you select and the services you require. Each menu is charged on a "per person" basis. Check the Menus for examples of pricing. A 17% service charge is added for full service, which includes set up, meal service, and clean up. The city and state sales tax is 7.875% of the total. A set up / delivery charge will apply.
Will you travel to my location?
Red Swan Catering has traveled to various locations in the five state regions, however, the majority of our business is conducted in the Duluth area and the surrounding communities. A set up and delivery charge will apply. A mileage charge may apply if you are outside of the Duluth area. Travel pay may apply for any service staff that you need for your event. We do both indoor and outdoor functions including office parties and corporate training, wedding receptions and anniversaries, birthday parties, retirements, and reunions.
What size group can you cater to?
We cater to groups from 2 to 2,000.
What about linens, dishes and table decorations?
Red Swan Catering can furnish you with all or part of your tableware needs. A variety of both China and disposable dinner ware are available for you to select from. They range in price from $.95 to $3.95 depending on your menu and particular service needs. Your menu selections and service option most often will dictate the number of dinnerware items you will need.
