Red Swan offers customized catering services. This means that you may mix and match different menu items to meet your needs. Use the menus listed as a starting point in your planning. Choose a menu as listed or mix and match to achieve a menu that meets your needs. If you are interested in an item and you don't see it listed, please suggest it. We are more than willing to accommodate you when possible. We cater to groups from 2 to 2,000, however, groups under 20 guests are subject to a $50 set up charge. A mileage and set up and delivery charge may apply. We can also meet with you to discuss the details and help in the planning of your event. With over 30 years in the food service business, we can offer you a great deal of insight in your event planning. We specialize in providing the "little extras" that make your event memorable. Presentation is something we pride ourselves on. We will coordinate with you to meet your color and theme specifications.
Prices are subject to market change and are quoted on a per person basis. Prices do not include 7.5% Sales Tax and 16.5% Service Charge. Prices may vary depending on your specific service needs. Buffets, plated meals or butler service options are available. Assorted beverages are also available but are not included in the menus as listed. Disposable or china dinner wares are also available for you to choose from.
